To request deletion of your WalletIQ account, please follow the steps below:
Use the subject line: WalletIQ – Account Deletion Request
In the email, include:
Registered email address
Registered mobile number (if applicable)
Deletion Process & Timeline
Your request will be verified for security purposes
Once verified, your WalletIQ account will be permanently deleted
All associated personal data, login credentials, and stored information will be removed
The deletion process will be completed within 7 working days
